- 2 large burrata cheese balls (about 200g each)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, assorted colors
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1 package of edible gold leaf or gold dust (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pine nuts on a baking sheet and toast them for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
- Cut each cherry tomato in half and arrange them on a serving platter in a visually appealing manner.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Drizzle over the halved cherry tomatoes and toss gently to coat.
