- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 cups fresh greens (e.g., spinach, arugula)
- 1/2 cup creamy blue cheese crumbles
- 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions
- Start by grilling the chicken breasts until cooked through. Check to make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once done, slice them into strips.
- In a large bowl, toss the fresh greens with a drizzle of olive oil, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Layer the greens at the bottom of a large bowl.
- Add the sliced chicken on top of the greens, making sure it’s evenly spread.
- Drizzle the buffalo sauce over the chicken.
- Top your bowl with blue cheese crumbles.
- If desired, add sliced avocado and halved cherry tomatoes on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
