Description

A delightful dessert combining fudgy brownies, creamy cheesecake, and gooey caramel sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (9 oz) fudge brownie mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 14 oz unwrapped soft caramels
  • 1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
  • 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the brownie mix, 1 egg, and cold water in a bowl until well combined. Transfer to a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the brownie base for 25 minutes.
  3. Melt the unwrapped caramels with the evaporated milk over low heat until smooth.
  4. Once the brownie layer has cooled for 15 minutes, pour the melted caramel over it.
  5. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in sugar, vanilla, and 2 eggs until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the caramel layer and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Drizzle chocolate fudge sauce over the chilled cheesecake before slicing.
