- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
