Description

A delightful dessert that combines rich brownies with creamy buttercream and gooey caramel.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup buttercream frosting
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sea salt (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. Mix the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the cake pan.
  4. Dollop the buttercream frosting and drizzle the caramel sauce over the batter.
  5. Carefully pour the remaining brownie batter over the filling.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Do not overmix the batter and avoid overbaking to keep the brownies gooey.
