- 1 box of brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup buttercream frosting
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- Mix the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the cake pan.
- Dollop the buttercream frosting and drizzle the caramel sauce over the batter.
- Carefully pour the remaining brownie batter over the filling.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Do not overmix the batter and avoid overbaking to keep the brownies gooey.
