Instructions
- Peel and slice the carrots into even pieces.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the brown sugar and stir until combined.
- Add the carrots to the skillet and toss to coat them in the brown sugar mixture.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender and glazed.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, cut carrots evenly and cook on medium heat to prevent burning sugar. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
