- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie batter, spreading it out as evenly as possible.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
