Description

A creamy and cheesy soup packed with nutrition from broccoli, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
