Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Mix the Greek yogurt, fresh grapefruit juice, and vegetable oil in a large bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar to the mixture, whisking until well combined.
- Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl until evenly distributed.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
