This Brazilian Mounjaro recipe is a 3-ingredient metabolism booster made with lemon, apple cider vinegar, and ginger—simple, powerful, and naturally energizing.
Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
1 cup warm or room temp water
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
1. In a glass, combine lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
2. Stir in grated ginger until mixed.
3. Add water and optional sweetener, stir again.
4. Serve warm or chilled, as desired.
5. Store leftovers in fridge, shake before serving.
Notes
