Description

Delicious and savory roasted Brussels sprouts with creamy Boursin cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese (herb and garlic flavor recommended)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends and remove any damaged outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Cut them in half.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  6. Add the Boursin cheese immediately after removing the sprouts from the oven, tossing gently to coat.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed. Serve warm.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the baking sheet and use fresh ingredients.
