Description
Delicious and savory roasted Brussels sprouts with creamy Boursin cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
- 8 oz Boursin cheese (herb and garlic flavor recommended)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends and remove any damaged outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Cut them in half.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Add the Boursin cheese immediately after removing the sprouts from the oven, tossing gently to coat.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed. Serve warm.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the baking sheet and use fresh ingredients.
