A refreshing mango smoothie packed with nutrients for an energy boost.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped, or 2 cups frozen chopped mango
- 1 frozen banana (about ½ cup)
- ¾ cup milk of choice, or orange juice
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Optionally freeze the mango for 30 minutes for an extra chilled smoothie, or add 3–4 ice cubes to the blender.
- In a blender, combine the mango, frozen banana, milk or orange juice, Greek yogurt, and cinnamon.
- Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with reserved mango and a sprinkle of cinnamon or fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy energy-boosting mango smoothie!

For best taste and freshness, consume immediately. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze for up to 2 months.
