Description

A refreshing mango smoothie packed with nutrients for an energy boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped, or 2 cups frozen chopped mango
  • 1 frozen banana (about ½ cup)
  • ¾ cup milk of choice, or orange juice
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Optionally freeze the mango for 30 minutes for an extra chilled smoothie, or add 3–4 ice cubes to the blender.
  2. In a blender, combine the mango, frozen banana, milk or orange juice, Greek yogurt, and cinnamon.
  3. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with reserved mango and a sprinkle of cinnamon or fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy energy-boosting mango smoothie!
