Ingredients
- Organic chicken bones
- Turmeric
- Ginger

Instructions
- Add the organic chicken bones and cover them with water in a large pot.
- Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Add turmeric, ginger, garlic, and assorted vegetables to the pot.
- Let the soup simmer for at least 360 minutes, or up to 1440 minutes for a richer broth.
- Strain the broth through a fine mesh strainer to remove the solids.
- Season the broth with salt, pepper, and any additional herbs you prefer to taste.
- Serve the hot bone broth soup paired with crusty bread or steamed greens, and enjoy.
Notes
Don’t rush the simmering for the best flavor. Store leftovers in airtight containers for 4-5 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 6 months.
