Description

A nutritious and flavorful bone broth soup packed with nutrients, perfect for warming up on chilly days.

Ingredients

  • Organic chicken bones
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Assorted vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, etc.)
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the organic chicken bones and cover them with water in a large pot.
  2. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
  3. Add turmeric, ginger, garlic, and assorted vegetables to the pot.
  4. Let the soup simmer for at least 360 minutes, or up to 1440 minutes for a richer broth.
  5. Strain the broth through a fine mesh strainer to remove the solids.
  6. Season the broth with salt, pepper, and any additional herbs you prefer to taste.
  7. Serve the hot bone broth soup paired with crusty bread or steamed greens, and enjoy.

Notes

Don’t rush the simmering for the best flavor. Store leftovers in airtight containers for 4-5 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 6 months.
