Description

A delightful pull-apart bread that combines the fun of monkey bread with the sweet taste of fresh blueberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Add blueberries and mix gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt butter and mix with brown sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Layer the biscuit mixture in a greased bundt pan, pouring the butter mixture over each layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before flipping onto a plate. Enjoy while warm!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Refrigerate for longer shelf life.
