- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Combine the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Pour the melted butter into the mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Press about 2/3 of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- Fold the blueberries into the cream cheese mixture carefully.
- Spread the blueberry cream mixture over the pressed crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, and dust with powdered sugar for a decorative touch.
