- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast

- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Combine warm milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the dough and fold in the blueberries and sliced almonds.
- Shape the dough into a wreath and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

For best results, use fresh blueberries and avoid over-kneading the dough.
