Description

A bold and savory Bloody Molly recipe made with Irish whiskey, tomato juice, spices, and signature garnishes. Perfect for brunch with a kick.


Ingredients

Scale

2 oz Irish whiskey

4 oz tomato juice

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

34 dashes Tabasco

Pinch celery salt

Pinch black pepper

Optional: horseradish, smoked paprika, or pickle juice

Garnishes: celery stalk, lemon wedge, olives, dill, bacon strip


Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add whiskey, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco, celery salt, and pepper.

3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.

4. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.

5. Garnish with celery, lemon, olives, or bacon.

6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use bourbon or mezcal for flavor variations.

Batch by multiplying ingredients and serving from a pitcher.
