Instructions

- Scoop out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave, adding coconut oil if desired for smoother consistency.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on parchment to set.
