Description

Delicious cookie cups filled with creamy Biscoff spread, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
  6. Scoop a tablespoon of dough into each muffin cup, pressing gently.
  7. Add about a teaspoon of Biscoff spread into each indentation.
  8. Top with more cookie dough and seal the edges.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
