Description

A delightful and straightforward Biscoff fudge combining creamy white chocolate with the unique flavor of Biscoff, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 397 g (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 g (2 cups + 3 tbsp) white chocolate
  • 100 g (½ cup) Biscoff spread
  • 0.5 tsp salt (optional)
  • 130 g (1 cup + ⅓ cup) Biscoff biscuits

Instructions

  1. Prepare your tray: Start by lining an 8” x 8” tray with baking paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate: In a large bowl, melt your white chocolate in the microwave or over a bain marie.
  3. Mix in ingredients: Once melted, add the sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and salt. Stir until mixed.
  4. Prepare the Biscoff biscuits: Crush most of the biscuits and stir into the fudge mixture.
  5. Transfer to tray: Pour the fudge mixture into the lined tray, smoothing the top.
  6. Add toppings: Break reserved biscuits and sprinkle on top, pressing them into the fudge.
  7. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then cut into squares and enjoy.
