A fun and simple way to enjoy the flavors of a classic Big Mac in a fresh pasta salad.
Ingredients

- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup pickles, diced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, browned beef, red onion, pickles, lettuce, and cheddar cheese. Stir to mix evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
Serve as a side dish or main meal. Great for potlucks and BBQs.
