Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips or nuts for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine the almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined. If desired, fold in sugar-free chocolate chips or nuts.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the dessert cool completely before cutting it into squares.
