- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, and milk.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh garlic and parsley.
