- 3–4 pounds beef ham
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the beef ham in a roasting pan and brush it generously with the honey mixture.
- Cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until heated through.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize beautifully.
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a spicy version, add cayenne pepper to the glaze. Leftovers can be used in sandwiches or salads.
