Ingredients

  • 34 pounds beef ham
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the beef ham in a roasting pan and brush it generously with the honey mixture.
  4. Cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until heated through.
  5. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize beautifully.
  6. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
