Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the mushroom soup, milk, chopped onion, salt, and pepper together well.
  4. Add the green beans to the mixture and stir to combine thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. After 25 minutes, remove from the oven, stir in half of the fried onions, and top with the remaining fried onions.
