- 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- Season the meat with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides for 3-4 minutes each.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and add Dijon mustard; stir and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, until pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove pork and cover with foil. Add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine, and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
- Slice the pork tenderloin and drizzle the Dijon cream sauce over the top.
