Description

Juicy pork tenderloin served with a rich Dijon cream sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the meat with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides for 3-4 minutes each.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and add Dijon mustard; stir and bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, until pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove pork and cover with foil. Add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine, and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Slice the pork tenderloin and drizzle the Dijon cream sauce over the top.

Notes

Searing the pork is key to developing flavor. Always use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
