- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
- 6 oz white chocolate chips
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
- 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, place the white chocolate chips. In another bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Divide the sweetened condensed milk into two parts. Add 7 oz to the white chocolate chips and the remainder to the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- For the semi-sweet chocolate, microwave in 30-second increments until melted. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and stir.
- Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Repeat the melting process for the white chocolate and stir in the remaining vanilla extract.
- Mix in the Christmas sprinkles into the melted white chocolate.
- Spread the white chocolate mixture on top of the semi-sweet fudge layer and add more sprinkles on top.
- Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least one hour, then slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for two weeks. For longer storage, freeze wrapped in plastic wrap.
