Description

This best Christmas fudge recipe combines rich chocolate flavors with festive sprinkles, making it perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, place the white chocolate chips. In another bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  3. Divide the sweetened condensed milk into two parts. Add 7 oz to the white chocolate chips and the remainder to the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  4. For the semi-sweet chocolate, microwave in 30-second increments until melted. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and stir.
  5. Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Repeat the melting process for the white chocolate and stir in the remaining vanilla extract.
  7. Mix in the Christmas sprinkles into the melted white chocolate.
  8. Spread the white chocolate mixture on top of the semi-sweet fudge layer and add more sprinkles on top.
  9. Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least one hour, then slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for two weeks. For longer storage, freeze wrapped in plastic wrap.
