Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon Fillets (Fresh or properly thawed frozen)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (Or use ghee or olive oil for dairy-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (Freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt (Adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (Fresh ground preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (Freshly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Dill (Fresh or dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly with butter or olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Once melted, add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  6. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Pour the lemon butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and dill over the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
