Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the fresh berries in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix the rolled oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Add the maple syrup and melted coconut oil (or butter) to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
