- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the fresh berries in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- Mix the rolled oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the maple syrup and melted coconut oil (or butter) to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the berry mixture into a baking dish and spread the oat topping evenly over the berries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
