- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
