Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb tender steak, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds.
  4. Toss in the broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything to coat evenly.

Notes

To enhance flavors, pair with steamed rice or noodles. Adding more vegetables can increase nutritional benefits.
