Description

A fun and hearty Beef Dorito Casserole that combines beef, cheese, and crunchy Doritos, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 4 cups Doritos (crushed)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream to the beef, stirring until well combined.
  4. In a greased 9×13 baking dish, layer 1/2 of the crushed Doritos.
  5. Spread the beef mixture over the Doritos, then layer with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  6. Add another layer of crushed Doritos on top, followed by the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
