- 1 pkg biscuits (8 count)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 pkg peppered gravy mix (2.3 oz)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate the biscuits and place them evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess grease.
- Prepare the peppered gravy mix according to package directions using 1/2 cup of milk, stirring gently until it thickens.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour half of the beef and gravy mixture over the biscuits, then add the whisked eggs.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
