Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 pkg peppered gravy mix (2.3 oz)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Separate the biscuits and place them evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess grease.
  4. Prepare the peppered gravy mix according to package directions using 1/2 cup of milk, stirring gently until it thickens.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour half of the beef and gravy mixture over the biscuits, then add the whisked eggs.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
