- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and add optional toppings if desired.
