Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and add optional toppings if desired.
