Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz (225 g) lo mein noodles
- 1 lb (450 g) beef, thinly sliced (ribeye or sirloin)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup beef broth or water
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil a large pot of water, add lo mein noodles, and cook according to package instructions for about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Beef and Broccoli: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the sliced beef in batches, cooking until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.

- Combine Everything: Return the beef to the skillet. Add cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Toss until well combined, stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
