A delicious BBQ Grilled Chicken Wrap filled with smoky grilled chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for any meal.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (divided, thick smoky variety recommended)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups fresh lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup tomatoes (diced)
- 1 cup bell peppers (sliced, red and yellow preferred)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Reserve the remaining 1/2 cup BBQ sauce for basting.
- Add chicken breasts and coat thoroughly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium heat (around 375°F). Clean grates well and lightly oil them.
- Place marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, basting with the reserved BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Check that internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice into thin strips against the grain.
- While chicken rests, warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side or wrap in damp paper towels and microwave for 20 seconds.
- Lay each tortilla flat and layer lettuce first, then tomatoes, bell peppers, cheese, and sliced chicken down the center. Use about 3/4 cup total filling per wrap.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the fillings. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from bottom to top. For extra security, insert a toothpick through the center. Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken longer and experimenting with different types of BBQ sauce.
