Description
This Bariatric Seed Ritual Recipe is a simple mix of pumpkin, chia, and flax seeds blended into a warm tonic. A natural, fiber-rich way to support weight loss, digestion, and satiety.
Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (raw, unsalted)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: ginger powder or sunflower seeds
Instructions
1. Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet for 3–4 minutes until fragrant. Let cool.
2. Combine pumpkin, chia, and flaxseeds with lemon zest, cinnamon, and sea salt.
3. Grind into a fine powder using a blender or spice grinder.
4. Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.
5. To prepare tonic: Stir 1 tbsp of mix into 1 cup warm water. Add lemon juice or ginger if desired.
6. Sip slowly before meals.
