- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each piece of salmon in the flour, then dip it in the beaten egg, and finally coat it with panko.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the salmon bites in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create a dipping sauce.
- Serve the crispy salmon bites drizzled with the sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Ensure oil is properly heated to avoid greasy bites. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days.
