- 1/2 cup sliced bananas (add towards the end for freshness)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter, stirring occasionally.
- Once the butter is melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted and blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Remove the melted marshmallow mixture from heat and pour in the pudding mixture. Stir until combined.
- Gradually add the Rice Krispies to the marshmallow-pudding mixture, stirring gently to coat.
- Fold in the sliced bananas carefully.
- Pour the mixture into the greased dish and press down firmly.
- Let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
