- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Drop a spoonful of Nutella into the center of each cupcake and use a toothpick to swirl it into the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas for sweetness and moisture. Watch baking time carefully, as ovens may vary.
