Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Pudding Mix (optional)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pudding mix (if using) and mix until smooth.
  4. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in another bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  5. Form small balls of the banana cheesecake mixture and roll them in the graham cracker mixture to coat.
  6. Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden.
  8. Drizzle with warm caramel sauce before serving.
