- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

- 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 cup Pudding Mix (optional)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
- Add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pudding mix (if using) and mix until smooth.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in another bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Form small balls of the banana cheesecake mixture and roll them in the graham cracker mixture to coat.
- Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden.
- Drizzle with warm caramel sauce before serving.
