Description

A simple and flavorful baked salmon recipe, enhanced with olive oil, garlic, and lemon slices, perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets on the foil and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the salmon.
  5. Lay lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  6. Fold the foil to create a sealed packet, making sure it’s tightly closed.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Carefully open the foil and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For best results, do not overcook the salmon and ensure it stays moist by using the foil.
