- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
- Arrange the salmon fillets on the foil and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the salmon.
- Lay lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Fold the foil to create a sealed packet, making sure it’s tightly closed.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully open the foil and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
