Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper, and top with sautéed spinach and lemon slices.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

Do not overcook the salmon to prevent dryness. Use fresh spinach for better flavor and texture.
