- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper, and top with sautéed spinach and lemon slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Do not overcook the salmon to prevent dryness. Use fresh spinach for better flavor and texture.
