Description

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
