Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the pears in half and scoop out the core.
- Mix together the goat cheese, cranberries, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Stuff the pear halves with the mixture.
- Place the pears in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm, garnished with chopped nuts if desired.
