Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  2. Arrange the halved pears in a baking dish, cut side up.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the pears and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill each pear half with crumbled feta cheese and sprinkle the chopped cranberries on top.
  5. Drizzle honey over each filled pear.
  6. Add fresh thyme leaves on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender.

Notes

For best results, choose pears that are ripe but still firm to maintain the right texture after baking.
