Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the halved pears in a baking dish, cut side up.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pears and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each pear half with crumbled feta cheese and sprinkle the chopped cranberries on top.
- Drizzle honey over each filled pear.
- Add fresh thyme leaves on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts before serving, if desired.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or dessert.
