Ingredients

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
  • Cabbage (finely chopped)
  • Green onions (chopped)
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil (for baking)
  • Sauce of choice (like sweet and sour or teriyaki)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine the ground meat, finely chopped cabbage, chopped green onions, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill the wrappers: Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper.
  4. Seal the dumplings: Moisten the edges with a little water and fold the wrapper in half over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
