- 500 g (16 oz) round brie cheese
- 1/3 cup cherry jam
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Flaky sea salt, a pinch for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the round brie cheese in the center of the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the cherry jam evenly over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the jam-covered brie.
- Dust lightly with ground cinnamon.
- Drizzle honey over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until soft and melty, being careful not to let it burst.
- Let it rest for 3-5 minutes, then top with a pinch of flaky sea salt. Serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
