Ingredients

1 lb bacon, cut into thirds

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

3. Arrange on rack. Sprinkle sugar, paprika, pepper.

4. Bake 25–30 minutes until crisp and caramelized.
