Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Mash the potato insides with butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.

- Fill the potato skins with the mixture, packing it down gently.
- Place the stuffed potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, until they are heated through and the tops are golden.
